What are the check-in and check-out times?

Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. However, we offer flexible options subject to availability. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested in advance for a nominal fee.

Is the resort suitable for children, and are there activities for them?

Absolutely! Spring Valley Resorts is family-friendly. We have a dedicated children’s playground and a range of activities they will love, including a trampoline, bat & ball games, and carrom. Please supervise your children at all times.

Do you serve food and beverages on-site?

Yes, we take pride in serving delicious, homestyle meals. Our kitchen offers authentic local cuisine as well as popular Indian dishes. We also provide a firewood barbecue experience on request. Please inform us of any dietary requirements in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a flexible cancellation policy. For a full refund, please cancel at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to charges.

What kind of wildlife can we expect to see around the resort?

Nestled in Masinagudi, you can often spot various species of birds, langurs, and deer in the vicinity. While occasional elephant sightings occur, we prioritize guest safety with secure boundaries and provide guidelines for safe wildlife observation.

We offer flexible cancellations for all bookings. Select the Flex Rate to cancel your booking up to 3 days before check-in and receive a full refund. For longer stays that are paid monthly, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
